The whole agreement, on one page.
No clause hidden on page nine, because there is no page nine. If a term in here is one you would not accept, ring me and say so before you pay me anything.

Who you are dealing with
TradeSorted is one person. Petar Trojancevic, sole trader, ABN 69 101 105 620, working out of Melbourne. The bloke who quotes the job is the bloke who builds it and the bloke who answers when you ring.
The price is the price
The number I quote is the number you pay. It does not move because the job turned out to be more work than I thought, and if you ask for something we never talked about, I tell you the cost before I build it. You will never get an invoice with a surprise on it.
No GST
Nothing I invoice has GST on it, because I am not registered for it. If the business grows past the point where registering is compulsory, you will be told before the invoice that has GST on it, not after.
How you pay
By card, through Stripe, due within seven days of the invoice. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch anything of mine. I see your name, your email and the amount, and could not get at the card number if I tried.
You see the website before you pay for it
Your site gets built first. You look at the real thing on a real screen, and nothing goes live until you are happy with it. If it is not right, there is no charge until it is. Seven days from your photos landing to your site being live, and if I run over, your first month of Digital Caretaker is free.
You own the lot
The domain and the hosting go in your name. The site, the words and the pictures are yours. If you ever go elsewhere you take all of it with you and I hand over the keys the same week.
The monthly plans
Digital Caretaker is $149 a month. A phone agent is $490 to set up and $199 a month to run, and you hear it and sign off before it answers a real caller. Neither has a lock-in. Cancel any month and the next payment stops, the month already paid runs to its end, and everything done inside it stays yours.
What I do not promise
Not a position on Google, not a number of phone calls, not a figure in your bank account. Nobody can promise those honestly. What I promise is the work, and the real numbers put in front of you with dates on them.
Your rights, and getting hold of me
Nothing written here takes away a right you have under the Australian Consumer Law. If something is wrong, ring me on 0459 246 503. I answer my own phone, and most things that look like a dispute turn out to be a twenty minute conversation.
Anything on this page you want explained in plain words, ring me and I will explain it. That is quicker than both of us pretending to enjoy reading it.
